Why Pupiva Exists

Hi, I’m Kasper – and I started Pupiva because I found it surprisingly difficult to compare different types of dog food. Every brand claims to be the best, but how are you really supposed to know which one actually is?

That’s where Pupiva comes in. My goal is to offer a fair, transparent, and truly data-driven overview of the many dog food options out there. Every list and recommendation you’ll find here is based on clear, measurable criteria – like protein content, fat percentage, omega-3 levels, ingredient quality, and more. I’ve built a system that compares all these values and matches them against what science and vets recommend as optimal. Then, I combine that data with real user reviews, brand trust, and availability to create top lists that are both objective and helpful.

Of course, while the rankings are based on objective data, there’s still a human touch behind it. Everything is reviewed with a dog owner’s mindset to make sure it makes sense in the real world – not just on paper. That way, you get recommendations that are both fact-based and genuinely helpful in everyday life.
